Perfmatters is precise, but that's exactly why it's tricky: the script manager disables assets per page, and a wrongly set rule removes scripts a page needs, so sliders, contact forms or the cart widget disappear. "Delay JavaScript" defers all scripts until interaction, which can break analytics, chat or video embeds. Disabling emojis, embeds or Heartbeat is good if you know what you're doing, otherwise features suddenly go missing. Perfmatters doesn't cache, so it strictly needs a caching plugin alongside.
