Typical Complianz problems: the wizard gets clicked through, but the region is chosen wrongly so the strict German rules (TTDSG, opt-in) don't apply. Why doesn't Complianz block my scripts?
Often script blocking isn't enabled or a cache serves old scripts. We enable blocking, test it with developer tools and resolve cache conflicts.
Can I just use the legal texts Complianz generates?
The cookie policy is a good, up-to-date starting point. But legal review of your privacy policy should be done by a lawyer or data protection officer.
Does Complianz support Google Consent Mode?
Yes, Complianz can output Google Consent Mode v2. We wire it correctly with Analytics and Ads so signals and consent match cleanly.
Does the cookie scan really find all cookies?
Not automatically – some services only load on interaction. We check manually, add missing services and set up regular re-scans.
